We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Manager to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support the growth of Codeniti and its brands, including National Book of Records (NBR).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.

• Create and coordinate engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels and other content formats.

• Write captions, social media copy, hooks and promotional content.

• Coordinate with the design and video teams for creative requirements.

• Monitor trends, trending audio, hashtags and relevant social media formats.

• Develop content ideas based on campaigns, events, awards, records and company activities.

• Schedule and publish content consistently.

• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.

• Track basic social media performance and prepare regular reports.

• Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.

• Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging and visual identity across platforms.

• Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, photographs, videos and updates for content creation.

Requirements

• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.

• Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.

• Ability to identify and use current social media trends.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Freshers with relevant skills and strong interest in social media are welcome to apply.
