Job Description:

Position: Social Media Marketing (SMM) Intern
Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Duration: 6 Months (Full Time 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

• Create, plan, and manage monthly social media content calendars.

• Develop content ideas for posts, reels, stories, and other social media formats.

• Schedule and publish engaging social media content as per the content calendar.

• Support social media campaigns, content planning, and audience engagement activities.

• Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for creative development.

• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest social media trends.
  

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of creating and managing social media content calendars.

• Basic knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Marketing, and Social Media Management.

• Understanding of hashtags, audience engagement, social media algorithms, and content strategies.

• Good communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.

• Laptop is mandatory for this role.
