Blueice Multimedia is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, viral content, reels/shorts, hashtags and audience engagement. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, posting and monitoring content to increase reach, engagement and followers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's social media pages.
Create and publish engaging posts, Reels, Shorts and other social media content.
Research trending songs, hashtags, topics, memes and viral content formats.
Monitor competitors and identify new content opportunities.
Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
Track content performance, reach, views, engagement and audience growth.
Use insights and analytics to improve future content.
Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages when required.
Coordinate with the creative/content team for video, graphic and promotional content.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
