Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media & Brand Growth)

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage our brand’s online presence. You’ll handle our social media, Google My Business updates, creative content design, and influencer marketing outreach — helping us grow engagement, visibility, and customer trust.
Social Media Management & Optimization
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Optimize social profiles (bios, keywords, hashtags, timing, and analytics).
Monitor social media trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions.
Creative Content Design
Design social media creatives, stories, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice.
Ideate and execute short video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Google My Business (GMB) Management
Regularly update posts, photos, and offers on Google My Business.
Manage customer reviews — respond promptly and professionally.
Track performance insights to improve local visibility and SEO.
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
Identify and reach out to relevant influencers or micro-creators.
Coordinate collaborations, product seeding, and sponsored content.
Track performance and ROI of influencer campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, growth, and ROI.
Suggest strategies to improve performance across channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing roles.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools.
Understanding of social media analytics and scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.).
Familiarity with Google My Business and basic SEO.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Experience with influencer marketing or PR coordination.
Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.).
Knowledge of paid ads (Meta or Google Ads).
Photography or content production interest.
