We are looking for a dynamic, highly creative Social Media & Content Manager to build our digital presence, engage our community, and bring our brand to life through compelling visuals and campaigns.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate who can strategize social media campaigns and design high-quality graphics. You will be the voice and visual architect of our brands online, responsible for taking our marketing initiatives—from catchy regional jingles to high-energy promotional pushes—and translating them into a highly engaging digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).

• Community Engagement: Actively manage interactions, respond to comments and DMs, and build a loyal online community around our products.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics to track performance, understand audience behaviour, and optimise future campaigns for better reach and conversion.

2. Content Creation

• Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) that highlights product features, demonstrates cleaning efficacy, and utilizes our brand's promotional tracks and jingles.

• Copywriting: Write compelling, culturally relevant captions and ad copy in both Hindi and English that resonate with our target demographic.

• Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with current digital trends, audio formats, and meme culture to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

3. Graphic Design

• Visual Branding: Design eye-catching graphics for daily social media posts, digital ads, website banners, and promotional print materials.

• Product Presentation: Create visually appealing product mockups and lifestyle graphics that highlight the packaging and unique selling points of our detergents and dish washes.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across all touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, or graphic design (experience in FMCG or consumer goods is a major plus).

• Design Tools: Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator) or advanced Canva skills.

• Video Editing: Hands-on experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, InShot).

• Language: Fluency in both English and Hindi, with a knack for colloquial and catchy copywriting.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work, edited videos, and examples of successful social media accounts managed.
