Social Media Manager

About the role

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specialising in educational institutes across the Kalyan-Thane belt. We manage social media, ads, SEO, and GMB for colleges and coaching institutes. We are looking for a creative SMM Manager who will own post design, content planning, and creative output across our client accounts.

What you will do

•    Design 6 posts/month per account — static, carousels, and infographics (15 accounts)

•    Write captions, hashtag sets, and CTAs for every post

•    Build and manage monthly content calendars for each client

•    Create daily Stories content — campus life, events, announcements

•    Design festival and admission season special creatives

•    Curate and update Instagram Highlights for each client

•    Maintain consistent branded visual identity — color grids, fonts, templates

•    Coordinate content approval with clients via WhatsApp before publishing

•    Schedule and publish posts using social media tools

•    Brief the video team on Reel concepts and scripts

You are the right fit if you have

•    1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or graphic design

•    Strong command of Canva (mandatory) — Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus

•    Good written Hindi and English — you can write engaging captions

•    An eye for clean, professional design — not just templates

•    Understanding of Instagram algorithm, trending formats, and Reels hooks

•    Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously

•    Organised, deadline-driven — you do not miss posting schedules

Nice to have

•    Prior experience with educational brands, colleges, or coaching institutes

•    Basic knowledge of Meta Ads creative formats

•    Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite
