Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives, creating content calendars.
Content Creation: Produce, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, memes) across various platforms.
Community Management: Monitor, engage with, and respond to followers, comments, and messages, fostering community.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive specific goals (e.g., leads, sales).
Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (likes, shares, reach, conversions) and report on performance, using data to refine future strategies.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on new platforms, tools, algorithms, and trending topics to keep the brand relevant.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, PR, and sales teams for consistent branding and integrated campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong writing, visual communication, and digital marketing skills.
Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software.
Creativity, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
Often requires a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
