Social Media Manager Intern

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule Instagram posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.

• Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.

• Write engaging captions and social media copy.

• Coordinate with the design team for creatives and reels.

• Manage Instagram and social media DMs professionally.

• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.

• Handle client communication and relationship management.

• Coordinate with event organizers, businesses, and brand partners.

• Maintain client follow-ups and ensure timely communication.

• Track content performance and prepare simple weekly reports.

• Help grow hisurat’s social media presence and engagement.

Requirements

• Passion for Instagram and social media.

• Good communication and client management skills.

• Strong writing and conversation skills for DM handling.

• Creative mindset with attention to trends.

• Basic Canva or video editing knowledge is a plus.

• Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple conversations.

• Ability to work from the Surat office.
