जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन

Assist in planning and scheduling content across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms
Write captions, hooks and copy for Reels, Shorts and posts
Research trends, hashtags, sounds and formats relevant to fashion/textile content
Coordinate with the design and video team to keep the content calendar on track
Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share weekly insights
Support influencer/collaboration outreach and community management (replying to comments/DMs)
Help brainstorm campaign ideas for product launches and seasonal collections

What you need

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
Genuine interest in social media, fashion and content trends
Comfortable writing captions/copy with a good sense of tone and voice
Basic familiarity with Instagram/YouTube analytics and scheduling tools
Bonus: basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, InShot) or design sense

We're not looking for someone who just posts on schedule. We want someone curious, proactive, and full of ideas — who treats this like their own brand.

Stipend: ₹8,000–₹15,000/month, based on skill set and availability. Potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
