Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Handler to manage and grow our brand’s presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with social media strategies, content creation, analytics, and trends, with the ability to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
Plan, create, and manage content calendars, ensuring consistency with brand tone and guidelines.
Collaborate with the design and video team to produce engaging creatives, reels, and campaigns.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize results.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing social media accounts for brands/organizations.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
Knowledge of social media tools & analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams.
