Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Executive to handle our lottery brand’s social media presence. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and able to plan, execute, and analyze social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
The role requires strong understanding of audience engagement, trends, and digital storytelling within the gaming/lottery category.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
Manage daily posting across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style across all channels.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain positive brand interaction.
2. Content Planning & Creation
Plan monthly social media calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, and festive promotions.
Work with the design and video team to create eye-catching reels, posts, and short videos.
Write creative captions, hashtags, and copy for all posts.
3. Campaign Management
Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and lead generation.
Collaborate with digital marketing team for ad creatives and targeting.
Monitor performance of campaigns and share regular reports with insights.
4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth using Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and other tools.
Suggest improvements based on analytics and trends.
5. Trend & Competitor Monitoring
Stay updated with latest social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates.
Research competitor pages and identify opportunities for creative growth.
6. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
Support in influencer tie-ups or collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
3+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and basic video editing tools.
Strong writing and communication skills in English and Hindi.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
Knowledge of audience engagement, meme marketing, and trend-based content.
