Social Media cum MIS Executive

Job Summary

TruckMitr is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media cum MIS Executive who can manage our digital presence while also handling MIS reporting and data analysis. The ideal candidate should be creative with content, analytical with data, and comfortable working across teams.

Key Responsibilities

# Social Media Management

·       Manage and grow TruckMitr’s presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Youtube etc.

·       Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.

·       Monitor social media performance, engagement, comments, and messages.

·       Coordinate with design/marketing teams for creatives and campaigns.

·       Track trends, competitors, and suggest new content ideas.

·       Run and monitor paid campaigns (basic level preferred).

# MIS & Reporting

·       Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to marketing, operations, or business performance.

·       Maintain and update data in Excel/Google Sheets accurately.

·       Analyze data and provide actionable insights to management.

·       Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

·       Support internal teams with reports and dashboards as required.

Skills & Requirements

# Mandatory Skills

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management and/or MIS role.

·       Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).

·       Understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.

·       Good written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

# Preferred Skills

·       Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, or similar.

·       Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (reach, CTR, engagement, leads).

·       Experience in logistics, transport, or startup ecosystem is a plus.
