Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Job Overview We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who has strong knowledge of organic social media growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content strategies and improving brand visibility and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage and handle social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and others Plan and execute organic social media strategies to increase followers, reach and engagement Create and schedule social media content, captions and posts Coordinate with the design and marketing team for creatives and campaign planning Monitor audience engagement, comments and messages and respond when necessary Analyze social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement and follower growth Stay updated with latest social media trends and platform algorithms Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management Strong understanding of organic social media growth strategies Good knowledge of content planning and social media calendars Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing concepts Good communication and creative thinking skills Preferred Skills Knowledge of social media analytics tools Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns Experience working with content and design teams Salary As per company standards (based on experience) How to Apply Interested candidates can call or WhatsApp at 8240863092for further discussion.
