Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and execute high-performing campaigns across Social Media Platforms (Meta, LinkedIn) and Google Ads.
Conduct detailed audience research to identify target segments and optimize campaign reach and relevance.
Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to refine creatives, targeting, and ad placements.
Continuously monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare performance reports, and derive actionable insights.
Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and align campaigns with overall business goals.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad messaging and visuals are engaging and consistent with brand identity.
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, algorithms, and platform updates to maintain competitive advantage.
Implement remarketing and retargeting campaigns to maximize conversions and customer lifetime value.
Requirements:
3–4 years of proven experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience in conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and campaign attribution models.
Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging ad copies and visuals in collaboration with design teams.
Excellent communication and reporting skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
