We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute all aspects of our online marketing and brand presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, social media, website maintenance, and data-driven marketing strategies to generate organic and paid leads effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns.
Optimize ad performance and ROI through data analysis and A/B testing.
Handle all company social media accounts — content planning, posting, engagement, and growth.
Develop creative and consistent social media strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Manage WhatsApp Business API, campaign broadcasting, and chatbot integration for customer engagement and lead follow-up.
Handle website hosting, maintenance, and regular updates.
Ensure smooth functionality, SEO optimization, and user-friendly experience.
Manage email marketing campaigns and mail protection/security.
Maintain professional communication tools and CRM data.
Maintain marketing databases, leads, campaign reports, and analytics.
Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate with graphic designers (or design using tools like Canva/Photoshop) for visuals and creatives for campaigns.
Develop and implement SEO, content, and engagement strategies to increase organic reach and leads.
Key Skills Required:
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and WhatsApp Business API
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and SMM strategies
Knowledge of WordPress or website CMS management
Basic knowledge of hosting and domain management
Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication, time management, and creative thinking
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing preferred
