We are looking for a Social media expert to join our team at New My Fair Lady to Plan and Manage WhatsApp Instagram Handles of Company. The responsibility includes managing Social Media, Customer Support and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20950 and a dynamic learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Give Response to Customer Enquiries on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp etc.
Improve social media platforms presence through engaging content.
Upload Products/Items on Company Website and Manage Inventory on Online Platforms.
Track campaign performance, optimize spends when necessary and prepare reports.
Track Customer Orders and Give Proper Customer Support to Online Customers.
Listen to Online Customers Grievances and Make Easy Solutions in Handling Returns and Exchanges.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of Basic Computer Skills, Typing & Customer Support is important for this role.
