Job Title: Social Media Expert cum Office Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and organized individual who can manage our social media presence, run digital ad campaigns, and assist with daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging content, handling customer calls, scheduling appointments, and analyzing marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Manage and regularly update all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, product highlights, and promotional videos.
• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media.
• Stay updated with current trends and implement creative ideas for better engagement.
Digital Marketing (Google & Meta Ads)
• Create, manage, and optimize ••Google Ads•• campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).
• Plan and run ••Meta Ads•• (Facebook & Instagram) for brand awareness, leads, and conversions.
• Track campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to improve ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Analyze insights and prepare basic performance reports.
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor and analyze ••Google Analytics••, social media insights, and ad performance data.
• Prepare weekly or monthly reports highlighting growth, engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.
• Identify trends and suggest improvements for better results.
Office Assistance & Customer Coordination
• Make and receive calls to assist customers with inquiries and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain appointment calendars and follow up with customers.
• Record customer details, call logs, and maintain documentation.
• Assist with day-to-day office tasks, filing, and administrative support.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of ••Google Ads, Meta Ads••, and basic analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Canva, video editing apps, and social media tools.
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English) with good phone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email).
• Ability to multitask, remain organized, and work independently.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple activities.
• Knowledge of content trends, marketing strategies, and customer behavior.
