Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
Write engaging captions aligned with recruitment, HR trends, and employer branding
Manage day-to-day social media activities including comments and messages
Track performance, engagement, and growth metrics; suggest improvements
Stay updated with current HR, recruitment, and social media trends
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (video editing tools are a plus)
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn & Instagram
Basic knowledge of content marketing and employer branding
Creativity with attention to detail
Good communication and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience working with HR consultancies, recruitment firms, or service-based companies
Basic knowledge of paid ads and analytics is an added advantage
