Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement localized social media strategies that align with broader business objectives and target buyer personas.
Content Creation: Plan, produce, and schedule daily multimedia content (e.g., text, images, Reels, videos) tailored to platform-specific nuances like Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter.
Community Management: Monitor mentions, respond to direct messages (DMs), and moderate comments in a timely, professional manner to build strong customer affinity.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, and web traffic metrics using analytics software to optimize future campaigns.
Trend & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends, algorithm shifts, and competitor activities to quickly capitalize on viral moments or industry changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal graphic designers, copywriters, and sales teams to ensure promotional and brand-building materials are cohesive.
