We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager + Graphic Designer who can handle our social media platforms, run ad campaigns, and design engaging creatives to generate leads and sales.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

📱 Social Media Management:

- Manage Facebook & Instagram pages

- Plan and post daily content (posts, reels, stories)

- Create monthly content calendar

- Handle comments, DMs & engagement

📢 Ads Management:

- Run and manage campaigns on Facebook & Instagram

- Optimize ads for better CPC, leads & conversions

- Audience targeting & retargeting

- Analyze performance and scale winning ads

---

🎨 Graphic Designing:

- Design creatives for ads, posts, banners

- Create reels/video creatives (basic editing)

- Maintain brand consistency

---

🎓 Requirements:

- 1–3 years experience in social media & ads

- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

- Hands-on experience with Canva / Photoshop

- Basic video editing skills

- Creative mindset & trend awareness

⭐ Preferred Skills:

- Experience in health/ayurvedic or e-commerce products

- Influencer marketing knowledge

- Copywriting (ad scripts & captions)
