We are looking for a creative, result-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Expert to join our team at Elegant Decors. This role is ideal for someone who understands content, performance marketing, and brand building — not just posting, but actually growing a business online.

This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹19,000 – ₹35,000, along with a high-growth, learning-focused environmentand performance-based incentives.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook (Meta), and other platforms

• Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) with engaging and trend-based content

• Create and edit high-quality reels, short videos, and YouTube content aligned with current trends

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to generate additional revenue streams

• Work on YouTube channel growth & monetization strategies (content planning, watch time, consistency, SEO)

• Perform SEO & keyword research to improve website and content rankings

• Track campaign performance, optimize budgets, and prepare weekly/monthly reports

• Coordinate with design and execution teams for site shoot content creation (before/after, walkthroughs, client stories)

• Stay updated with latest digital trends, reels formats, and viral content strategies

• Suggest and implement innovative marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and brand visibility

✅ Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Open (Skills matter more than degrees)

• Experience: 1 – 6+ years in digital marketing/social media

• Strong knowledge of:

  • SEO & SEM

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads

  • Social media growth strategies

  • Basic analytics & reporting

• Must know video editing (Reels/Shorts/YouTube)

• Understanding of affiliate marketing & monetization models

• Awareness of latest trends, viral content formats, and algorithms

• Creative mindset with a business growth approach

• Good communication and coordination skills
