Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Content Creator & Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence and create engaging content across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form video content, along with excellent writing and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Create Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, stories, captions, and creative campaigns.

• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.

• Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and social media copy.

• Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, formats, and content ideas.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithms.

• Coordinate with the design and video team to produce high-quality content.

• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across social media platforms.

• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.

• Track engagement, reach, followers, views, and other relevant metrics.

• Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.

• Generate new content ideas based on audience behavior, trends, and competitors.

• Assist in developing brand campaigns and promotional activities.

• Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines and communication style.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Excellent English communication and content writing skills.

• Good understanding of social media trends and content marketing.

• Ability to create engaging and creative Reels and short-form content.

• Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools is preferred.

• Good understanding of social media analytics and insights.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Strong research and idea-generation skills.
