Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with 2 years of experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

- Plan and execute social media content calendars.

- Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.

- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for content creation.

- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative ideas to improve engagement.

- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.

- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.

- Run and optimize social media campaigns and promotions.

- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support business objectives.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

- Knowledge of content planning and social media analytics.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.

- Understanding of social media advertising and boosting campaigns.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

- Knowledge of video editing tools and reel creation.

- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
