Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Executive to join our growing team and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve website rankings, and enhance online visibility. We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience in optimizing YouTube channels and improving video performance organically.

Responsibilities

Research and analyze SEO trends, search engine updates, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct keyword research and website audits.
Create and optimize SEO-friendly website and blog content.
Monitor website rankings, traffic performance, and SEO campaigns, and prepare detailed performance reports.
Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
Optimize metadata, internal linking, and fix broken links on websites.
Develop and execute backlink-building strategies.
Stay updated with the latest SEO, digital marketing, and web development trends.
Optimize YouTube channels and videos, including titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, keywords, and overall channel performance to increase organic reach, engagement, and subscribers.
Analyze YouTube analytics and suggest strategies for channel growth and audience retention.

Requirements

Must be a graduate.
Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO/Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar tools.
Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in content optimization and keyword strategy.
Hands-on experience in YouTube channel optimization and YouTube SEO is mandatory.
