Job description : SEO Specialist
As the SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for the SEO performance of multiple websites and products across di erent languages and geographic regions. Your role will include managing organic search strategies, social media updates, community engagement, paid advertising campaigns (when required), and collaborating with the development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website and software development process.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy and Implementation:
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple websites and products across diverse regions and languages.
• Conduct thorough keyword research for each language and market, ensuring optimized content and targeting.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, header tags, image optimization, and internal linking.
• Optimize website architecture and structure for SEO, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Implement technical SEO tactics such as improving page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Social Media Management:
• Manage regular updates across all relevant social media platforms for brand consistency and engagement.
• Monitor social media comments, reply to inquiries, and engage with the community to drive interaction and brand loyalty.
• Track social media performance and work with the marketing team to refine strategies for higher engagement and lead generation.
Paid Advertising Campaigns:
• Execute low-budget, high-performance ads across social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI and generate qualified leads.
• Plan and execute paid ads (PPC) for di erent regions and target audiences with a focus on maximizing ROI.
• Use analytics tools to measure the e ectiveness of campaigns and optimize them for better performance and lead generation.
• Provide actionable reports to sales/purchase teams on leads generated through campaigns and posts.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the website and software development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the design, development, and launch of new websites and software products.
• Assist in the coordination of website and software development projects to ensure SEO requirements are met.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align SEO e orts with business goals and drive targeted traffic to specific products and services.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Monitor SEO performance across multiple websites, geographies, and languages, generating insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management and other key stakeholders, with a focus on ROI, tra ic growth, and lead generation.
Additional Tasks:
• Stay updated on SEO trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to continuously improve SEO strategies.
• Train and support junior SEO team members when required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SEO, including experience with multilingual and multi-regional SEO.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Experience in executing paid search and social media ads with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and content creators.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development basics is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in international SEO and handling SEO for websites in multiple languages.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, user experience optimization, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Knowledge of automation tools for social media management and campaign tracking.
