We are seeking a results-driven SEO Executive with strong technical SEO skills to improve our website’s visibility, rankings, and organic traffic. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, website optimization techniques, and tools for monitoring and improving SEO performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. On-Page SEO
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal links for better search visibility.
Conduct keyword research and analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
Improve website structure, URL optimization, and content relevancy.
Implement schema markup, structured data, and image optimization.
2. Off-Page SEO
Develop and execute link-building strategies (guest posting, outreach, backlinks).
Monitor domain authority, referring domains, and toxic backlinks.
Build and manage off-page reputation and citations for local SEO.
3. Technical SEO
Conduct regular website audits (using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
Identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, redirects, and duplicate content.
Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags.
Coordinate with developers to resolve indexing, rendering, and site architecture issues.
Monitor HTTPS implementation, structured data, and JavaScript SEO performance.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Prepare monthly SEO reports on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
Suggest data-driven improvements to increase organic growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
0–3 years of proven SEO experience (technical SEO is a must).
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics.
Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
Understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Up-to-date with Google Algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of web development and hosting environments.
Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 setup.
Familiarity with content marketing and social media SEO.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
