Job Title: SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)

Job Overview
We are hiring a skilled SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage our organic SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will drive quality lead generation and deliver ROI-focused results. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong analytical and marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) – Summary
--Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market study.
--Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, content, URL, internal links).
-- Perform off-page SEO (link building, outreach, submissions).
--Handle technical SEO (speed, crawl, indexing, schema, mobile).
-- Plan and optimize SEO content (blogs, landing pages).
-- Improve organic rankings, impressions, CTR, and visibility.
-- Track performance daily using SEO tools.
2. Google Ads Management:
-- Set up and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Campaigns.
-- Handle keyword planning, bidding, conversion tracking, and remarketing. Create effective ads and creatives. Continuously optimize for CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
-- Manage budgets, monitor performance, and prepare detailed performance reports.
3. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads):
-- Plan and run lead generation, traffic, sales, and branding campaigns.
-- Set up precise targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
--Create strong ad creatives and copy.
-- Implement pixel tracking and conversion events.
-- Monitor and optimise campaigns for better ROI.
-- Analyse insights and suggest scaling strategies.
4. Analytics, Reporting & Strategy:
-- Use GA4, GTM, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, and Semrush/Ahrefs for tracking and analysis.
-- Create weekly/monthly SEO and ads performance reports. Monitor key KPIs (leads, conversions, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, organic growth). Conduct competitor research and provide data-driven insights to content, sales, and design teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
--Graduate in Marketing/IT preferred with 2–5 years’ experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Skilled in GA4, GTM, Search Console, Semrush/Ahrefs, and WordPress.
--Strong in analytics, reporting, conversion optimization, and budget management. Good communication and time-management skills.
