Your Role

As a Creative Growth Associate, you will become the driving force behind the company's digital presence.

You'll be responsible for creating, managing, and growing Vorx's brand across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Instagram posts and carousels

• Create Facebook creatives

• Design YouTube thumbnails

• Create promotional banners

• Design brochures and presentations

• Develop premium branding assets

• Create marketing creatives for campaigns

• Maintain visual consistency across platforms

Tools Preferred:

• Figma

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Canva

📱 Social Media Marketing

• Manage Instagram, Facebook & YouTube

• Create content calendars

• Schedule and publish content

• Write engaging captions

• Research viral trends

• Increase audience engagement

• Grow brand visibility organically

• Build a strong online presence

📈 Meta Ads & Lead Generation

• Create Facebook Ads campaigns

• Create Instagram Ads campaigns

• Audience targeting & optimization

• Lead generation campaigns

• Campaign performance tracking

• Creative testing & optimization

🎬 Video Editing & Content Creation

• Edit Instagram Reels

• Edit YouTube Shorts

• Edit educational content

• Edit founder branding videos

• Create viral and engaging content

• Add subtitles and captions

• Add transitions and motion graphics

• Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos

• Create content optimized for reach and engagement
