Job Overview

Lead Height is looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities

•       Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities  

•       Implement and optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, URL structure, internal linking, content optimization)  

•       Execute off-page SEO strategies including high-quality link building, guest posting, and outreach  

•       Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues like crawl errors, indexing, site speed, and mobile usability  

•       Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)  

•       Track and report SEO performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversions  

•       Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO-friendly implementation  

•       Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends  

•       Optimize local SEO strategies (Google Business Profile, citations, etc.) if required  

Required Skills & Qualifications

•       Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO  

•       Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO  

•       Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog  

•       Good understanding of Google Analytics & Search Console  

•       Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structures  

•       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  

•       Excellent communication and reporting abilities  

Preferred Qualifications

•       Experience in handling multiple client projects in an agency environment  

•       Knowledge of content marketing and keyword intent mapping  

•       Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms  

•       Understanding of local SEO and international SEO  

Salary Range

₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Depending on experience & skills)
