Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients, and promote ROI HUNT’s performance marketing services. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals in line with company targets. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, coordinating with internal marketing and operations teams, and providing regular sales reports and market feedback. The Sales Executive is expected to meet defined revenue goals while representing the company in a professional and consultative manner.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closing.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver clear, persuasive presentations.

• Basic understanding of performance marketing, digital advertising, and ROI-focused campaigns (prior agency experience is a plus).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software to manage and report on sales activities.

• Proven ability to work toward targets, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Prior experience in B2B sales or services-based sales is preferred; experience in the Noida or NCR market is an advantage.
