Key Responsibilities
Understand client goals, requirements, and timelines; ensure regular and clear communication
Monitor SEO project execution and coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Content, TLs)
Manage client issues, feedback, and escalations until resolution
Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery as per commitment
Share project updates, SEO reports, and analytics with clients as required
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive servicing and follow-ups
Support clients with operational and technical guidance related to SEO campaigns
Assist reporting manager in improving client servicing quality and processes
Required Technical skills
Experience in Client Servicing or Project Management (preferably digital marketing/SEO)
Good understanding of SEO strategies and best practices
Hands-on knowledge of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs
Experience with CRM/project tools like BaseCamp (preferred)
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Good problem-solving, negotiation, and people management abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Proficient in MS Office
Project Management certifications (HubSpot / Google / LinkedIn) are a plus
