Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Manage Google Ads (Search + Shopping)

• Optimize campaigns for better ROAS and conversions

• Scale winning campaigns

2. Creative Testing (MOST IMPORTANT)

• Test multiple creatives every week

• Experiment with different angles (emotional, gifting occasions, offers)

• Continuously improve ad performance

3. SEO Management

• Manage SEO interns

• Plan and execute blog strategy

• Improve organic traffic and keyword rankings

• Work on backlinks and website SEO

4. Campaign Planning

• Plan marketing campaigns for festivals and occasions

• Execute offers and product-based campaigns

5. Website Optimization

• Improve product pages

• Increase conversion rate

• Identify drop-offs and fix them

What We Expect

• Strong execution mindset

• Ability to test and experiment

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads

• Understanding of Meta Ads

• Analytical thinking

Ideal Candidate

• Has hands-on experience in Meta Ads

• Has worked on Google Ads (Search/Shopping)

• Understands SEO and Can improve organic traffic

• Thinks in terms of growth and results

• Not afraid to experiment and fail

• No hands-on ad experience

Work Details

• Full-time (Mon–Sat), 9am - 6pm

• Location: Yamuna Vihar, Delhi
