We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience driving customer acquisition, traffic, and conversions for an e-commerce business using measurable, ROI-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to achieve ROAS goals
Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Work closely with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives
Monitor funnel performance and improve user acquisition and retention
Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership
Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing
Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Good understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion tracking
Experience with Pixel, GA4, and conversion APIs
Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in D2C or fashion e-commerce brands
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Shopify, WebEngage, Clevertap, or MoEngage
Knowledge of Amazon Ads / marketplace ads is a plus
