About the Role

Digital Das is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. If you have a data-driven mindset and a passion for generating quality leads and maximizing ROI, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max).

• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and ROI.

• Conduct audience research, keyword planning, and competitor analysis.

• Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.

• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

• Collaborate with the creative, content, and web development teams.

• Track conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

• Understanding of lead generation, e-commerce, and performance optimization.

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other paid media platforms.

• Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.

• Knowledge of CRM integrations and marketing automation is a plus.
