BRISTOL ENTERPRISES is hiring a Meta Ads Lead Generation Executive with minimum 1 year of hands-on experience running LIVE Facebook & Instagram Lead Generation campaigns specifically for the USA market.

🚨 MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

USA MARKET EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.

We are looking for candidates who have personally managed and generated leads through Meta Ads for USA-based campaigns.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Meta Ads experience

• Minimum 1 year of USA Lead Generation experience preferred

• Must have experience managing LIVE USA Lead Generation campaigns

• Experience with Meta Instant Forms is required

• Must be able to explain previous USA campaigns, budgets, CPL and results

• Freshers are NOT eligible
  

• Candidates with only training/theoretical knowledge are NOT eligible

• Candidates with only Indian-market Meta Ads experience will NOT be considered

• Candidates with only SEO or social media posting experience will NOT be preferred
  

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Lead Generation campaigns for the USA market.

• Generate quality leads targeting customers in the USA.

• Manage Meta Ads Manager, audiences, budgets and campaign settings.

• Test different ad creatives, ad copy, audiences and campaign structures.

• Monitor CPL, CTR, CPM, conversion rate and lead quality.

• Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.

• Manage Meta Instant Forms and lead tracking.

• Identify winning campaigns and scale them effectively.

• Prepare and maintain campaign performance reports.

• Analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

• Position: Full-time

• Process: USA Process

• Shift: Night Shift – 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

• Working: 5 days a week

• Saturday & Sunday: Off
