Job Overview

We are looking for an Exhibition Executive – Data Collection & Resale to identify potential business opportunities at exhibitions, trade shows, expos, and industry events. The candidate will be responsible for collecting relevant business data, communicating with exhibitors and potential clients, promoting company services, and converting collected leads into sales and resale opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit exhibitions, trade fairs, expos, and business events to collect relevant business and exhibitor data.

• Collect details such as Company Name, Contact Person, Mobile Number, Email ID, Website, Business Category, and Location.

• Interact professionally with exhibitors, business owners, vendors, and decision-makers.

• Identify potential customers who may require Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and other IT services.

• Explain company services to prospective clients and generate interest.

• Maintain and organize exhibition-generated leads in Excel, CRM, or company records.

• Make follow-up calls and send WhatsApp/email communication to collected leads.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable company services.

• Generate new sales, resale, renewal, and upgrade opportunities from existing and newly acquired clients.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, and Operations teams for client requirements.

• Prepare and share quotations or service details as required.

• Follow up regularly with prospects until conversion or closure.

• Achieve assigned data collection, calling, sales, and resale targets.

• Submit daily/weekly reports of data collected, calls made, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Maintain professional relationships with potential and existing customers.
