You’ll support the digital marketing team by planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
🎯 Core Responsibilities
Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.)
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for better targeting
Write engaging ad copy and assist with creative assets
Monitor performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), run A/B tests, and report findings
Optimize campaigns: bids, keywords, negative keyword filtering, and landing pages
Ensure compliance with policies, collaborate with design/content teams
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field
Basic understanding of SEM, PPC, Google Ads Manager; familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus
Analytical mindset — comfortable reading and interpreting campaign data
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Proactive, results-driven, ability to work independently and as part of a team
