We are looking for a performance-driven Amazon PPC Manager who has strong expertise in Amazon Advertising and hands-on experience with backend listing management. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Excel, comfortable working with bulk files (flat files), and capable of optimizing campaigns to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
Amazon PPC Management
Plan, launch, and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid optimization
Monitor key metrics (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and improve campaign performance
Implement budget allocation and scaling strategies
Run testing strategies (placement, dayparting, aggressive scaling, etc.)
Amazon Backend & Listing Management
Manage Amazon Seller/Vendor Central backend
Create and update listings using flat files (blank templates)
Perform bulk uploads for inventory, pricing, and content updates
Handle variation listings, combo mapping, and category-specific requirements
Coordinate with design/content teams for listing optimization
Excel & Data Analysis
Strong command over Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index-Match, formulas, data cleaning)
Prepare PPC performance reports and dashboards
Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights
Maintain structured trackers for spend, sales, inventory, and performance metrics
6months to 1 year of hands-on Amazon PPC experience
Strong Excel proficiency (advanced formulas and reporting)
Experience handling Amazon flat files and backend operations
Analytical mindset with performance-focused approach
Understanding of Amazon listing SEO and optimization
Experience managing multiple ASINs across categories
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
