We are seeking a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee account performance, optimize product listings, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to maximize revenue and brand visibility across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce accounts, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and backend keywords for maximum visibility and sales.
Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and create reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, deals, and sponsored ads to boost conversions.
Liaise with logistics, inventory, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
Work with cross-functional teams to align online strategies with overall brand goals.
