We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to promote our bakery products across multiple online channels including WhatsApp, website, e-commerce platforms, and delivery apps. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving online sales, and managing digital communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. WhatsApp Marketing:
Manage WhatsApp Business account
Create and send promotional campaigns, offers, and product updates
Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales
2. Website Management:
Update product listings, pricing, and banners
Coordinate with developers for website improvements
Optimize website for SEO and better user experience
3. E-commerce Platforms:
Manage listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords
Monitor orders, reviews, and ratings
4. Delivery Platforms:
Handle platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, etc.
Manage menu, pricing, and promotions
Track performance and improve visibility/ranking
5. Social Media & Content:
Create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
6. Performance Marketing:
Run paid ads (Google, Meta)
Track ROI, conversions, and campaign performance
Skills Required:
Knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms
Basic graphic/design skills (Canva/Photoshop preferred)
Understanding of SEO & paid ads
Good communication and customer handling skills
Analytical mindset
