E commerce marketing executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Nykaa etc.)

• Worked on Shopify/ Wordpress

• Upload and update product listings (A+ listing, Bulk Listing, Manual Listing) including titles, descriptions, images, sizing, and pricing.

• Coordinate with buying and merchandising teams to ensure timely product launches and stock accuracy.

• Optimize product content to improve visibility and conversions (SEO, tags, meta descriptions).

• Execute online promotions, seasonal sales, and marketing campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.

• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and traffic patterns to provide actionable insights.

• Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.

• Keep track of competitor activity and emerging e-commerce trends in the apparel market.

• Manage marketplace listings (Amazon, Myntra, Shopify, Naykaa, Ajio, etc.) if applicable.

• Manage and file SPF (Seller Protection Fund) claims for damaged/ lost items of fraudulent returns.

• Run and monitor CPC (Cost Per Click) campaigns on different platforms.

• Handle GTIN exemption/assumption process where applicable

• Upload A+ content and enhance product visibility through SEO-driven product descriptions.

• Ensure accurate content, pricing, and categorization across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, information technology or related filed

• 3–6+ years of experience in managing fashion/lifestyle products across e-commerce marketplaces like Shopify, myntra, ajio, and amazon.

• Strong understanding of Shopify, Myntra Partner Portal, AJIO Vendor Central, Nykaa Fashion Seller Panel, and Amazon Seller Central

• Hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, Canva (preferred), basic image editing for content optimization.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple platforms simultaneously.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
