Job Title: E-Commerce Listing & Sales Executive

Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad
Company: Paras MotoCorp India Pvt. Ltd.
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Listing & Sales Executive to manage product listings, inventory, promotions, and sales operations across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms. The candidate should have experience in product listing, catalog management, order processing, and marketplace sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.

• Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, keywords, and pricing.

• Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and optimized for better visibility.

Marketplace Operations

• Manage daily operations of Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller accounts.

• Monitor product availability and inventory levels.

• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.

Order & Inventory Management

• Process and track customer orders.

• Update inventory and stock availability on all platforms.

• Monitor returns, cancellations, and replacement requests.

Sales & Performance Monitoring

• Track daily sales performance and marketplace reports.

• Analyze product performance and identify growth opportunities.

• Support promotional campaigns, offers, and marketplace advertisements.

Customer Support & Coordination

• Respond to customer queries and marketplace messages.

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams.

• Maintain high seller ratings and customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Maintain records of listings, inventory, and sales performance.

• Generate MIS reports using Excel.

Required Skills

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.

• Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.

• Basic understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Product Listing, or Marketplace Management.
