We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale paid advertising across quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. The role focuses on improving ROAS, optimizing ad spend, and driving profitable revenue growth.
Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on quick commerce platforms
Monitor daily performance metrics: ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate
Allocate and adjust budgets to maximize profitability
Identify and scale high-performing SKUs (“hero products”)
Pause or optimize underperforming campaigns
Work closely with operations team to align ads with inventory availability
Conduct keyword and placement bidding optimization
Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Improve product listings to enhance organic ranking and conversion
1–3 years of experience in marketplace or quick commerce advertising
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Experience managing FMCG or D2C brand campaigns preferred
Analytical mindset with strong decision-making ability
Maintain or improve target ROAS
Reduce ACOS while increasing revenue
Scale profitable campaigns sustainably
Drive consistent month-on-month growth
