Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic E-Commerce Intern to support our online e-commerce seller account operations. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn, understand marketplace operations, and build a strong foundation in the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist in managing product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).

·         Upload, update, and monitor product catalog details including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.

·         Support the team in daily operations such as order processing, inventory checks, and tracking shipments.

·         Coordinate with internal teams for catalog updates, order issues, or product discrepancies.

·         Assist in generating basic reports related to sales, inventory, and product performance.

·         Help with competitor research, price comparisons, and trend analysis.

·         Maintain accuracy and quality across all listings.

·         Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the e-commerce team.

Required Skills:

·         Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms is a plus (training will be provided).

·         Good communication skills.

·         Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

·         Basic MS Excel, Google Sheets , ADV. Excel, Email drafting knowledge.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Any graduate/undergraduate student or fresher interested in e-commerce.
