Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales platforms and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, campaign coordination, and performance tracking across all e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of company’s e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.).
Upload and optimize product listings including descriptions, pricing, and images.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, warehouse, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
Monitor and analyze sales data, promotions, and product performance.
Assist with digital marketing campaigns related to online sales (SEO, PPC, social media ads).
Ensure best-in-class product presentation and user experience across platforms.
Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback related to online channels.
Track competition and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Maintain platform-specific compliance (like Amazon/Flipkart policies).
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce operations or digital sales.
Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and data handling.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
