We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive with good knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart Seller Panels and complete marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon & Flipkart Seller Accounts on a daily basis.

• Create and manage single and bulk product listings.

• Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and other listing content.

• Manage orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

• Create and manage FBA/FBM and Flipkart shipments.

• Manage inventory, stock updates, replenishment, and stock-out issues.

• Create shipments and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.

• Manage pricing, offers, deals, coupons, and promotions.

• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy issues.

• Handle customer and marketplace support cases.

• Resolve listing, catalog, inventory, order, and shipment-related issues.

• Monitor sales reports and prepare basic performance reports.

• Coordinate with Amazon/Flipkart support teams whenever required.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of both marketplace accounts.
