ई-कॉमर्स मार्केटिंग एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to join our team at Aaranyam Natural Cosmetic Private Limited to manage and coordinate daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart and other online marketplaces. The responsibility includes managing orders, returns, inventory, product listings and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,500 - ₹17,000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily orders, order processing, cancellations and shipments on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.

• Monitor and coordinate returns, refunds, replacements and customer-related issues.

• Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate with the production and packing teams for inventory availability.

• Update and maintain product listings, pricing, images, descriptions and other marketplace information.

• Track sales, orders, returns, inventory and marketplace performance and prepare regular reports.

• Coordinate with logistics and marketplace support teams to resolve delivery, return and order-related issues.

• Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to increase sales and improve marketplace performance.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is the Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, inventory management, order processing and marketplace operations is preferred. Good computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage daily tasks efficiently are important for this role.
