We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have complete knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, with a proven track record of driving brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Plan and execute SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
Monitor website performance and optimize user experience to improve conversions.
Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing dashboards.
Create and manage content calendars for social media and digital platforms.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Generate leads and improve customer acquisition strategies.
Manage online reputation and brand visibility.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and web developers.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present insights to management.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and other marketing tools.
Knowledge of WordPress and basic website management.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Digital Marketing Certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) preferred.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Proven experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns and generating measurable results.
