YAVA AYURVEDA PVT. LTD. is an Ayurveda-focused healthcare organization providing Ayurvedic products and services to customers. We are looking for motivated and communication-skilled professionals to join our Sales & Telecalling team.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain Ayurvedic products and services clearly to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

• Follow up with leads and interested customers.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Maintain accurate customer and call records.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure effective lead conversion.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Telesales, or Customer Handling.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Experience in Healthcare, Ayurveda, Herbal, or Wellness industry will be an added advantage.
