Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Manage social media accounts and content.
Create marketing materials and promotional content.
Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
Coordinate with sales and design teams.
Research market trends and competitor activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and performance marketing.
Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable business results.
